a. If need to view your certificate, please log into your dashboard. On the left-hand side, click the “Certificates” tab. If you have any active certificates, you will find them on this page. You can view the certificates by clicking the green eye icon or download the certificate by clicking on the orange download icon. b. If you are a manager or admin and want to see all employee certificates, please log into your dashboard. On the left-hand side, click the “Certificates” tab. Then select “Employee Certificates” from the dropdown. Please select which course certificates you would like to view by clicking the blue detail button on the right-hand side. You can view employees' certificates by clicking the green icon on the right-hand side, or you can click the view certificates button located on the top right-hand side to view all certificates for that course. If you cannot add a user, this means they already have an account with Home of Training. Please email support@homeoftraining.com and let us know the user’s name and new location.

We are the authorized training provider under the Ye Olde Falcon Pub, Certification #: 4077557. This will be the last company on the list the inspector has. The certification number is located on the bottom right-hand corner of every food handler certificate. Please show the health inspector this information.

a. We have two options for food manager exams. First, is a live proctored exam that must be scheduled with us by emailing support@homeoftraining.com. For this option, please ensure that your managers are assigned the Food Manager – Study Session Course. *Please note this is just a study session not the certification exam. We recommend 2-3 weeks of studying prior to taking the exam.
b. Our second option is the online proctored exam offered through Always Food Safe and ProctorU. For this course, the Food Manager Online Exam must be assigned to the user. We recommend 2-3 weeks of studying prior to taking the exam. Please email support@homeoftraining.com with any questions or to sign up for and schedule a proctored exam. Thank you!
