Home of Training combines a complete Learning Management System (LMS) with a large library of ready-to-use training content, custom course development, integrations, reporting and compliance tracking. You can use our LMS or keep your existing LMS and license our content.

You don't have to replace your LMS. We can provide our training content, customize it to your brand and policies, and deliver it in the format your LMS requires. We can also integrate through API to automate the process. If you tell us which LMS you use, we can explain exactly how Home of Training can fit into your existing system.

We provide the required training many organizations need, including Food Handler, Food Manager, Alcohol, Sexual Harassment and Human Trafficking, along with 100+ additional courses covering safety, compliance, operations, leadership, customer service and other workplace topics. We also create custom training when you need something specific to your organization.

Yes. You don't have to start from scratch. We can turn PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoints, videos, training manuals, images or even basic bullet points into professional training. We can also customize existing Home of Training courses around your brand, policies, procedures and messaging.

Our average turnaround for custom content is approximately 7 days, depending on the scope of the project. For a sample or demonstration, we can often move much faster. Send us the material you have and we can show you what we can create.

Yes. We support API integrations with HR, payroll, workforce management and other business systems. Integrations can automate processes such as adding and removing employees, keeping training assignments current, and transferring training data. Tell us which system you use and we can explain the available integration options.

Yes. You can manage required compliance training alongside your own onboarding, operational, brand, leadership and company-specific training in the same system. This gives your team one place to manage the training employees need to complete.

The platform gives managers visibility into training progress, completion status, certificates and overdue training. Training can be assigned based on factors such as location and job title, making it easier to manage compliance across multiple locations and identify where action is needed.

Pricing depends on what you need, including the LMS, content licensing, custom development, integrations and the size of your organization. We aim to keep pricing straightforward and competitive without unnecessary implementation, administrative or API fees. Give us your approximate number of locations and users and what you need, and we can provide realistic pricing.

Yes. We can put a location on a trial at no cost so you can see how the platform and training work with your team. We can also create a sample course from your existing material so you can evaluate the quality before making a larger commitment.

Click the “Forgot Password” link located on the top-right hand side of your screen. This will take you to the password recovery page. Enter the email that is associated with your account and click “Submit.” A reset password link will be sent to your email address. You can either click the link or copy and paste the hyperlink into your browser. Once on the password reset page, you will be prompted to enter your new password. You will then be redirected to the login screen to enter your username and new password. If you do not have an email address in the system or have forgotten which email address you used, please email us at support@homeoftraining.com for further help.

If you have a course assigned, you will see it in the Required courses table. Click “Take Course” and follow the instructions.
