Train 321's Food Handler Certificate Program is nationally accredited by ANAB-ANSI National Accreditation Board under ANSI/ASTM E2659-18.
The following states require that food handlers have a certificate from an ANAB-accredited organization:

- California
- Hawaii
- Illinois
- New Mexico
- Texas
- West Virginia
